Guy: I am a nice young man.
Girl: He's a nice young man, and he's single.
Guy: "Hey, you should come visit me. I'm always having to visit you."
Girl: "I'll visit you if you cook me dinner."
Guy: Oh, I should cook her dinner.
Girl: I'm too lazy to go over to his place; besides, he always comes to mine, anyway.
~ 3 hours later ~
Guy: "Got any plans for dinner?"
Girl: "No."
Guy: "Well if you come over I'll make you dinner."
Girl: "OK!"
~ Dinner~
Guy: Great! Now I have someone to keep me company.
Girl: OMG a nice, single man invited me over and made me dinner! I wonder if he likes me? Oh, what if he does? I should invite him to hang out with my friends. Oh and we talked and talked and he made me dinner and it was so good....
Guy: She's an awesome friend. I wonder what's on TV tonight....

Worth blogging again. I love this so much. It’s sad to see Jamie’s life end so abruptly, but also life affirming to see the joy he had in so much of it.
It’s a reminder to appreciate every moment.
